About our cancellation policy

Please know our cancellation policy applies under the following circumstances:

Illness: in case of illness a medical certificate will be required from a certified medical institution.

Bad weather: navigation is closed by the port captain.

If it falls under either category the deposit will be fully refundable within 5 business days.
